I’m an intuitive reader, energy worker and somatic yoga teacher, rooted in Mi’kmaq land in Nova Scotia.
I’ve spent over 20 years learning how to listen to bodies, to land and to the ones who came before us.
All sessions are online, so wherever you are, we can meet.

I don’t do surface-level wellness.
My work is slow, honest and rooted in land, lineage and the body. I’ll meet you where you are, not where you think you should be. You won’t get fixed here. You’ll be heard, and you’ll be given tools to trust yourself.
